The
little E.nitens paper (pulpwood) pot plants on the day they
where planted. Some of the logs and ash heaps were still smoking,
some plants never survived the first hour due to being boiled
from below...
The log (myrtle) in the background was fit for use, however,
it never made it to a log truck...
Tens of thousands of tonnes of bio mass was burned on this coupe.
This is where I took the Channel 9 Crew for the Sunday
program, before it was burned.
This spot is just 150 metres away from the Arch
Myrtle...

Sad old stump,...
Emily next
to the big old stump, now standing on the eastern edge of the
coupe, overlooking the devastated clearfelled forest site.
You may note the sad look on the stump...
Emily carved the nose and mouth, I was just walking by and spotted
her working by herself on the stump on her own motivation.
